This hunting lease is leased and not available. This great lease is just 20 minutes south of Traverse City in an agricultural area. It has 40 acres of pine, new growth cherry, oak trees with acorns and some autumn olive. Many of the trees were planted several years ago in rows which have created some nice natural shooting lanes. Parts of the property are thick pine stand which will make for some great late season cover. I found a number of deer runs traveling through the cover to some grassy bedding areas near the edges during my inspection. There are a few trees that could offer some stand locations but those are limited. This property should offer some excellent ground blind and rifle hunting.

Access to the property is on two sides from year around roads. There nice little camping spots that were previous home sites.
