This hunting lease is leased and not available. Here's a 133-acre farm being offered in Livingston County, a county where leases don't come along that often. I found numerous deer sign scattered throughout this property. The aerial photo does not do this farm justice, request the driving directions, and take a look. I believe you will be pleasantly surprised in what you see. With the warm season grasses providing cover and the lack of timber on the surrounding farms, many deer in the area are calling this farm home. Believe it or not, the topography almost reminded me of hunting out west, as the terrain is rolling, which should allow the deer to feel comfortable moving through. I jumped several deer but couldn't get my camera out in time to get a photo. However, I did take a picture of where they were bedded (see photos). You will also see from the aerial, there are a couple of very nice pinch points. The timber is surrounded by row crops, so the deer don't have far to venture. This farm could end up paying big dividends if hunted properly.
