This hunting lease is leased and not available.
This farm is surrounded on all sides by the Shawnee National Forest, which will provide additional hunting opportunities. Although bordered by the Shawnee, you have a creek that acts as the boundary line on the east side and south side of the farm. There are several secluded fields where you can plant food plots, which you'll to see in the aerial. Planting some kind of food plot will definitely draw in the deer from the surrounding areas around this farm. The fields used to be planted in clover but the landowner is no longer capable of planting and has allowed these fields to grow up. So a food plot would definitely help this farm.
As I stated above, there's a very nice creek, which runs along the east and south of the property and a large pond in the center, which are providing water year round, but most importantly, during the pre-rut and rut. I found numerous locations where I'd place a stand, which the aerial photo will depict several of those locations. You will also see from the aerial, there are many secluded areas where the deer should have no issues visiting during daylight hours, especially if you plant food. The road into this farm is clearly marked with posted signs. However, although this road is no longer maintained by the county, and in many places washed out, it is still considered a public road and legally someone could drive down it. The couple hours I was there inspecting the property, I did not have any motorized vehicles drive by the posted signs.
