This hunting lease is leased and not available.
This 420-acre Henderson County, Kentucky, hunting lease is one piece of a 4,820-acre farm that was split into six sections. It is a mix of crops and woods with a huge slough full of buck brush. The property is now available after being leased by the same member for several years. They left behind quite a bit of equipment that you and your group are welcome to use, I was told a feeder, tower stand, cameras, etc. It will hunt a few deer hunters, but we have allowed more names on the lease for waterfowl hunters.
These tracts will all be the spot for your early season sits. The crops will attract and hold deer. The woods have enough thickness for bedding.
This Ohio River bottom farm is what dreams are made of. Where will you ever find over 4800 contiguous acres in Western Kentucky with the trophy deer and waterfowl potential this has? Most of the entirety of the property has been hunted by the same groups and they are taking world-class bucks from the area directly around you. you are in the zone here. See the pics.
The property line of the 4,820 acres is over 20 miles around. The stand sites are limitless. This is just the deer and turkey aspect, but it doesn't stop there. This farm also sits a stone's throw from the Sauerheber refuge area of the Sloughs WMA. Waterfowlers can draw the birds off this area onto the farm and have some good shoots. Take advantage of this opportunity.
