This hunting lease is leased and not available. I love southeastern Indiana! This part of the state produces the largest numbers of deer per square mile and also the most record book bucks. This farm is a 1/2 mile down a private drive before you get to the start of the property. It is basically one big main point that is covered in cedar thickets, and has hardwoods and creeks surrounding the main point on both sides. Crop fields adjoining on 3 sides and about 700 acres of woods adjoining it in the back. I could not walk 100' without jumping a deer or finding a rub the size of your thigh. This hunting lease is as good as any 70 acre tract you will find anywhere in the mid-west. A great turkey population here as well.
