This hunting lease is leased and not available. While viewing this farm I jumped over 40 deer out of the deep bottoms. There have been no cattle on this piece for over 30 years, all of the trails in the photos are strictly deer. This is the deepest roughest country around for miles and the deer really like it. Most of the farm is wooded bottoms with nice native grass, with a small portion being hayed and row cropped. Out of the 260 acres at least 160 acres are wooded bottoms and tall grass. I jumped deer out of every part of this property and the deer trails look like cow trails on this farm. I also found numerous rubs all over this piece. The aerial photo doesn't do this property justice, as you can see from the photos there is a lot of good cover all over this farm. Leases with great deer hunting don't come around often in this part of the state. There are also turkeys on the property as well as pheasant.
