This hunting lease is leased and not available. Hunters have come to know that counties along the Mississippi are producing some of the biggest whitetails in the Midwest. What they may not know is St Croix is one of those counties that just does not get the press of its southern neighbors. At first glance of the aerial, or even in person from the eastern side, the property may not jump out at you. That all changes once you begin to walk the property and see the amount of deer sign on it.

Property at one time was primarily pasture ground, but has since grown up into a very diverse, and in some areas, dense habitat that certainly appears to be a place that deer call home. Landowner also owns the 40 acres south of this property, and is where the blue line is on the aerial to show access through the homestead.

All legal game is yours to hunt. Respectful use of ATV for hunting related activities is allowed. Camping and food plots are okay with permission from landowner. Landowner would like the make and license plate number of your vehicles.
