This hunting lease is leased and not available. Do not let the size of the lease fool you. This is right on the Ohio River and is a perfect funnel to put the deer right on top of you. A good mixture of cedars and nice hardwoods make up the wood lot. You have 2 access points off the road that will help you play the wind. The top side has about a 50 yard flat spot and then it drops off from there. The deer are bedding all over these hills down into the cedars. It is a Southward facing slope and they just lay there and soak that sun up! Crop ground all around this property and also some pasture adjoining it to the south. I have multiple leases within a mile of this farm and there have been some nice deer taken in this area.
