This hunting lease is leased and not available. This farm joins 280ac BCL property# 5923 and if that property ever comes open you can expand to almost 800 acres if you wanted. This farm lies along the Clarks River. The Clarks River area has a long history of being loaded with deer and turkey. The fields here are in CRP. You are allowed up to 5% food plots in CRP and there are some great spots here. Large timber makes for a good mast crop, and the neighbors have row crops.

There is a tenant here who watches over the farm. The only stipulation is you let him know you're coming, and sign in on a board in the barn. Years ago that saved a man who had an accident. The tenant went back, found him and saved that guy.
