This hunting lease is leased and not available.
Here is an awesome farm being offered for lease in Fayette County, Illinois. This farm is in two separate tracks. The large track is 152 Acres and the smaller one is 20 acres. The 20 acre farm is less than a quarter of a mile north, as you will see from the aerial photo. The farm is made up of timber, row crops, water, and bedding, which is every ingredient you need, to hold and grow bucks. It also boasts some very nice hog back ravines. During my inspection I came across several nice funnels and pinch points and found numerous old rubs and scrapes.
There were numerous places I come across, where I would hang a stand. In fact, there are more places to hang a stand than you probably have stands to hang. As you will see in the photo's, the deer paths are so heavily used, they literally look like cow paths. The trailcam photos are from this past year and clearly shows the potential this farm has, if hunted properly. While inspecting this farm, it seemed as though every section I started to walk, I was seeing white tails bounding out ahead of me. Also, do not overlook the 20 acre section, which lies north of the 152. As you will see in the aerial photo, this section is one big funnel. This would be a great spot to catch a buck, either cruising or chasing during the pre-rut / rut. I firmly believe, you will not be disappointed with this farm!
