This is not the flat Kansas most people think about. It has plenty of elevation change and is in a stunningly beautiful area of the state. It is less than three miles from the Missouri River and less 20 miles from KCI airport (as a crow flies). A power line clearing is part of the property north of the road, but angles over to the neighbors on the south side.
There is a small chance the farmer may run cattle on the north side part of the year. He is also doing some light tree and brush removal on the south side.
