This hunting lease is leased and not available. This is a great 80 acres with easy access in Mackinac County just a mile off US-2. It is on a year around paved county road that leads right to the property. Once you are on the property, there is a two track road with some open edges winding through the property almost all the way to the back where it opens up into a small field. The surrounding area has a mix of cedar swamps, thick woods and open fields. This section of woods has been a deer yard for generations so it should hold plenty of late season deer. I saw quite a few deer tracks and some old rubs on my inspection.

The owner is a great guy and one of the easiest you will find to work with. He has a farm right down the road so he can keep an eye on the property.

This would make a great spot for a couple of hunters who have trouble getting around and need an easy access location. The towns of Curtis, Naubinway, Gould City and Engadine are all just minutes away for motels, restaurants, groceries and supplies.
