This hunting lease is leased and not available. This is a unique little old abandoned homestead out near the famous Simmons Woods south of Gould City. The square 160 acres is gated and completely fenced in so you can't get lost and the property lines are easy to find. The center of the property is hay field with an old stone fence row running through it. There are good producing apple trees scattered all around the property. During inspection I found lots of deer sign. There were plenty of runs and a few old rubs especially along the edge of the hay field.

The owner is a great guy to work with and will welcome you in and help you out with food plots. He no longer hunts but really enjoys having other people out to hunt his farm. He does ask that you are careful to stay on the trail, not drive on the hay field and always keep the gate closed.

Once you lease this property you will get a combination to the locked gate. If you want to camp, there is a great spot just inside the gate on the corner of the property. You could tuck in there and not disturb the deer hunting.

The towns of Curtis, Naubinway, Gould City and Engadine are all just minutes away for motels, restaurants, groceries and supplies.
