This hunting lease is leased and not available. This Boone county Nebraska hunting lease has been a producer of deer and turkey in the past. I spotted turkeys on the property and spooked more birds on the northern boundary. I also kicked up a whitetail in the woods along the river. For a couple hunters it would be a great spot to fill some tags.

A furnished campground is available minutes away in Cedar Rapids, NE. Lodging could be found in Albion or Fullerton, NE. ATV use is ok on picked/harvested crops. Cattle graze the woods on the river until about September 1.

There is also access from the northeast (a trail on the section line), which enables you to hunt the woods in the northeast corner of the property without crossing the river. There are steep banks along the river. The woods are generally open and contain primarily ash, cottonwood, maple, and walnut.
