This hunting lease is leased and not available. This is a super farm just north of the Cadillac and Lake City area. It is mostly wooded with a mix of hardwoods and thick overgrown pine rows. A couple of small open fields provide for great stand locations. Two small ponds surrounded by woods provide water for wildlife and apple trees scattered around will keep fall food on the ground. I saw three deer in the field right behind the house and the owner reports there are deer in that field every night. There were quite a few deer trials and many tracks.

The owner of this property is hearing impaired so communication is a little difficult and you will need some patience to talk with him. He is a great guy who describes himself as very conservative. He and his son ask that you stay away from all the outbuildings. There will be absolutely no smoking or drinking on or near the property.
