This hunting lease is leased and not available. This is a great 60 acre property in Tioga County, Pennsylvania. It contains some nice hidden apple trees and two newly planted fields with what appears to be winter wheat. There were trails going to these fields that were all tore up. As you can see from the photos, there is a lot of deer sign and some bear sign also. This property will hunt larger than what it is. There are many outstanding stand and blind locations on this property. Furthermore, it has access from two roads. While walking this land I began calling it the "bedroom property". It is very thick in most areas and is a great bedding area for deer and bear. This property also contains some nice open areas to catch those deer moving from bedding to feeding. When the gun season starts, pressured deer from the area will be seeking refuge here. This small property packs a big punch.
