This hunting lease is leased and not available. This is the kind of property I think of when hunting the Pennsylvania woods. There is a great mixture of fields, swampy areas, and timber. This property had lots of deer and turkey sign. I kicked out a few deer while inspecting. This land was select cut in 2012-13 and has some great new growth in those areas. There is plenty of mature timber with lots of Hemlock trees that are perfect for hiding a tree stand. There were rubs and scrapes throughout this property. There is outstanding access throughout this property which will make it easy for stand set up and game retrieval. There is a small pond in the front of the property.
