This property could be something really special! Whether its bucks or ducks you are after, this one looks like you can't miss.
Technically, it is a neglected, overgrown pasture that hasn't had a lick of maintenance on it for many years, thus creating some ideal habitat for the wildlife. The deer sign was plentiful. In fact, there was a heavily used scrape just inside the gate, and I found several more within the first minute of my inspection. The pond had about a dozen geese on it, as well as some ducks.
There are no cattle on the property, and hasn't been for several years. However the owner would like to put some out there in an attempt to clean the place up a little bit. But, I would say the chances of that happening are pretty slim.
