This hunting lease is leased and not available. This is a West Virginia lease located in Pleasants County, right on the Tyler County line. The property sits about 2 miles off of the Ohio River. On my drive up to the property, and while on the property, I literally saw deer everywhere. I probably saw nearly a dozen deer on the property itself. There were tracks in the snow everywhere I looked. I saw several decent rubs and many heavily used trails. This property is basically a ridge and hollow property with benches, flats and logging roads mixed in. The property was select cut around 2012, so there are a few areas of new growth and thickets to help hold deer. The remainder of the property is mature hardwoods, with many oaks around. There are a couple of feeders on the property already in place that could be used if you wish, but they may require a little maintenance. Also, there is a small creek that runs through the property. Camping and ATV use for hunting purposes only, is permitted.
