This hunting lease is leased and not available. Southwestern Grant County property that will hunt much bigger than the 52 acres on the lease. Excellent mix of timbered and agricultural / CRP ground with several draws and the Mississippi River as your western boundary. Entrance is gated with an excellent road running along the north side for access into it and potential for camping. The amount of deer sign found during my inspection was truly impressive and there was just a really good vibe about this property and its potential to be an excellent hunting lease.

This is a deer and turkey hunting lease only. Respectful use of ATV for hunting related activities is okay. Food plots allowed with permission from landowner in regards to where and what. Majority of open ground will be going into CRP in 2016 but there some still some areas for potential food plots. Camping allowed for hunting related activities with permission from landowner as to where.
