This hunting lease is leased and not available. I was very impressed with this farm and any hunter will be too! Featuring 67 acres of timber and 110 in row crops this is a super property. Landowner is a great guy and will talk to farm tenant about leaving a few rows of corn or beans for late season (see picture).

There is a pond and stream on the property. Just enough roll on this farm to use the terrain features to your advantage. The big woods was select cut around 2006 and now is extremely thick especially on the west half. I suggest that you set stands by April as this woods will be too thick when the foliage comes out. Hunt the big woods all October and save the north creek bottom for rut phases. Late season will be good too. I jumped 7 deer in the big woods and 5 deer on the north side.

Overall...just a great deer lease located perfect for East Central Indiana or Western Ohio hunters.
