This hunting lease is leased and not available. Beautiful property in Vernon County that was simply loaded with deer sign. Hidden valley surrounded by timbered bluffs and agricultural ground on southern side make for a great mix of habitat for wildlife. Add in a cabin that is available for rent on a nightly basis and there is plenty to like about this property. Landowners live right across road to keep a watchful eye on things while you are not there. Portions of the property are pastured and landowners family and friends will continue to occasionally use the cabin when not being used by the hunters. The landowner is open to rental of the cabin for an additional nightly fee paid directly to the landowner.

This is a deer and turkey hunting lease only. Respectful use of ATV for hunting related activities is okay. No camping or food plots are allowed but rental of cabin for an additional nightly fee is okay with approval from landowner. Landowner does want to be contacted prior to each visit and will then unlock the gate for you if drivable easement through neighbors property is approved by that landowner. There is access from southern side of property but this is limited to on foot or partially on ATV.
