This hunting lease is leased and not available.
I have never been to a better farm. PERIOD. The trails here are everywhere and worn out. The landowner hasn't allowed a buck to be killed since 1987. The farm has a wild herd of Sika deer that were released in the 80's. These are not to be harmed.
The farm is legendary in local and internet circles. This is where people have been trying to lease for 30 years. I saw over 90 deer on inspection and found a great pair of sheds.
There is over 150 acres of crop in the creek bottom. Several fields scattered around the farm will make for great food plots if you can keep the deer from mowing them down. The landowner tried to crop some of those fields with no success due to deer.
There will be hunters all over Kentucky and Southern Indiana crying the blues when this farm is gone before they know about it being available. I have never been on better.
*On the map I have a bow only area between the l/o's house and his rental out by the road. This is marked with a B.
*On the map I have a blue box around the landowner's house. The is no hunting allowed. This area is marked with an N.
*On the map South and East of the blue No Hunting box is a green line. Turkey hunting is to be S and East of this line. No turkey hunting West of, North of, or inside the blue No Hunting area.
There is a lengthy list of restrictions, but nothing that will be an issue.
