Located in the northwestern part of Lyon County, this farm features two spring fed creeks that converge in the SW corner. This creates a natural funnel, and crops are located on the neighbors across the road, so this should be an obvious spot to set up.

The owner and his wife have taken several nice deer off of the property over the years. However, they don't hunt here anymore, as they have other farms to hunt on. He does have cattle on this property, but don't let this scare you off. This place was still plenty wild and wooly upon inspection.

Feeders are allowed on this property, and you are also allowed to fence off a small area around them to keep the cattle out.
