This is a great 60 acre farm lease just a few minutes south of Petoskey. It slopes upward from the road with a ridge lined in old apple trees. On top of the hill is a stand of pines. The rest of the property is a field dotted with some overgrowth and autumn olive and 10-20 acres of crops.

This is a good lease to check out. You will not believe the incredible views from the top of the hill and the great deer runs coming up the ridges.

The owner is a great guy and lives right there so he can keep an eye on things. He has a really nice rental house across the street with an unbelievable view of the lake which may be available if you check with him after you lease. Camping will be allowed but only in a spot designated by the owner. He asks that there is no ATV use or fires unless you get specific permission and instructions from him.

This lease originally included the southwest corner of the farm but no longer does. I suggest you inspect the farm yourself before leasing. The aerial is updated.
