This hunting lease is leased and not available. Almost solid timbered is this 92 acre hunting lease in western Dunn County. There are 3 access points on southern side of the property with numerous potential camping locations including one with electricity. Several smaller creeks, hardwood timbered bluffs, and some apple trees make up this diverse habitat. Landowner has over 350 combined acres and has had only had a few family members hunting the property for the past decade or so. While standing on the road with the landowner a neighbor drove by on his ATV and stopped to talk with us. He told us about the 157" buck he got last year and a few details about the bigger ones he did not. It certainly sounded like they had an excellent age structure already established in that area.

All legal game is yours to hunt. Respectful use of ATV for hunting related activities is okay when weather and ground conditions permit. Landowner is concerned with erosion so care must be taken when using these. Camping is allowed with permission from landowner and if electricity is used, landowner must be compensated for that. Food plots are also allowed with permission from landowner. Landowner would like to be contacted prior to each visit to the property. Property has been in timber management for over 30 years and thus some logging may occur each year. Landowner said if logging occurred it would not be until after deer hunting seasons end. Cuttings have always been very selective cutting which has resulted in one of the more pristine parcels of timber I have ever seen.
