This hunting lease is leased and not available. Here is your chance to lease hard to find property in Waupaca County. East of the town of Fremont lies this 63 acre all legal game hunting lease. There is approximately an acre sized pond on the western side of the property to provide a water source for wildlife but could also be a nice place to hunt ducks in the fall. The ditch that runs though center of agricultural ground also makes up a good portion of the southern and eastern boundaries of the property. I did jump a couple of mallard ducks on that ditch bank during my inspection.

As you can see on the aerial, timber is split up into two primary sections with agricultural ground in-between. These fields had been recently tilled and the amount of deer and turkey tracks crossing these was quite impressive.

All legal game is yours to hunt. Respectful use of ATV for hunting related activities okay. Food plots allowed with permission from landowner in regards to where. Camping not allowed. Landowner would like the make and license plates of your vehicles. There are some maple trees on northern section of timber that are tubed for gathering sap in the spring. Landowner will continue to gather sap in spring each year but typically is done doing this in early April each year.
