This hunting lease is leased and not available. This nice little waterfront property is on a secluded lake in a good farming area on the border of Kent and Ionia County. This area is hard to find available lease property because it is known to produce some really nice bucks. The property has a road and old abandoned railroad on one side with the lake on the other side. Larger properties in the area should keep it protected from too much hunting pressure. Access is easy from the road or you can use the public boat launch around the corner to get on the lake.

There are a few high spots and some big trees for setting up stands. The rest is cattails, a small creek and some thick brush. I found plenty of deer tracks and several runways during inspection.

This property does have some standing water during the spring and after heavy rain. Occasionally putting on some knee boots might be necessary to cover all of the property.
