Due to property being within city limits, no discharge of firearms allowed. Archery equipment can be used during the rifle deer season.

At first glance one might overlook this property. Property was heavily cut about 10 years ago and is now super thick with new growth aspen trees. City limits make up the western side of the property and agricultural ground on the neighboring southern and eastern sides. Landowner is also making his own agricultural fields on a section of the northern portion of the property. As shown on the aerial there is also a small pond on the southeastern side of the property. There is a road on both the northern and southern sides providing good access points.

Lots of deer sign found during my inspection and I truly believe this property will only get better as agricultural ground is established on the northern portion of this property.

Property is contained within city limits and thus no firearms can be used, thus this is an archery lease for deer and turkey only. Respectful use of ATV for hunting related activities is okay. Camping for hunting related activities okay with permission from landowner. Food plots allowed with permission from landowner in regards to where and what. Landowner would like the make and license plates of your vehicles.
