This hunting lease is leased and not available. The property is very diverse with the north side being made up of rolling hills, which run right down to the bottom ground, where you have the Little Saline River cutting through the farm. The south side of this farm has some very good cover and the aerial photo does a good job illustrating the cover it has. Having this type of cover and the little Saline providing the necessary water needed year-round this is an area of the farm that would be killer during the pre-rut/rut phase. The lease is fifty-seven acres but you also have over twenty-seven thousand acres of the Shawnee National Forest that borders this property to the east. I also ran in to a local resident while I was there who hunts the farm to the north, and he stated, there have been several 150 (+) bucks harvested in this area. He also has an easement through the west side of this farm to access his eighty acres. After speaking with him, you will have no issues at all, simply a great guy and fully understands QDM. The boundary lines on this lease are marked with purple paint, some trees are very faint, but still identifiable. This is a nice farm that could pay big dividends.
