This hunting lease is leased and not available. This is a good farm lease just a few miles west of Saginaw and the Tittabawassee river valley on a quiet secluded road. There are row crops in the front with an L shaped block of woods in the back. When I walked this farm, the woods were teaming with wildlife even on a 90 degree summer day. I spooked 3 deer and saw tons of sign while inspecting this property. Squirrels rabbits and birds were everywhere which leads me to believe this is a good spot in the fall. By the looks of the old deer rubs and an old buck pole this place has been a producer in the past.

I'm thinking this could be a great little after work spot for a couple of guys or maybe if you want to take one of your kids out close to home. The only challenge I see is there doesn't appear to be a farm lane until the corn is cut. The farmer planted all the way to the road but this should really make the bucks feel comfortable.
