This hunting lease is leased and not available. You have a couple of different options on this property. It is mostly row crops on two sides of the road with a small patch of woods on one side, a fence row and big swale on the other. There is about 40 acres of trees and tall grass down in the low area with a small creek running through the grass. Some of the best hunting will likely be on the far side of the creek. This area looks to be quite isolated from other farms. Bring some boots to look at this one. The day I inspected the property the creek was about 6 inches deep and two feet across but it looks like there can be more water at times.

During inspection I located several old rubs along with tons of very large tracks. There was lots of crop damage for the grazing deer and the grassy area had beds all over it.

The farmer plants crops right up to the road so you will have to walk in or possibly take a quad down the fence row until the crops are removed. If you are willing to put a little work into chasing whitetail, this is a spot that could pay off really big.
