This hunting lease is leased and not available. Another Rusk County property that is almost entirely a potential bedding area that also has a nice area for your camper or food plots. Human activity on the northern 80 acres has been minimal for many years as you will see upon walking the property. Southern 80 acres has good road running through it to give nice access for stand placement. Landowner is okay with you making trails with your ATV to navigate through the farm, which would also create potential shooting lanes. Another thing I have seen over my many years in the woods is that these knocked down trails are quickly found by the deer, which then become how they move through the property. This property is quite diverse in regards to the planted pines, dense willows and lower ground on the eastern side of property.

All legal game is yours to hunt. Respectful use of ATV for hunting related activities is okay. Camping allowed with permission from landowner. Food plots allowed with permission from landowner. Landowner would like the make and license plates of your vehicles.
