This hunting lease is leased and not available. This could turn out to be one of the best properties I have if hunted and managed right. Very limited hunting, if any on 3 sides with some of the thickest nastiest cover I have seen, and you have the crop ground right in the middle of all of it. There is no telling what could come out of these thickets at any time throughout the year, especially during the rut and late season. There are a lot of deer on this farm and this area has some great genetics to go with it.

Indiana's rifle law should really help you out while hunting these fields. The farm is well over a 1/2 mile long from North to South and not having to go too far back will really help keep the pressure of the deer. The North End is elevated almost 100' above the bottom fields and will be a great vantage point overlooking the bottoms. The bottom fields were not planted this year 2016 due to the early season rains. The top fields are planted, and the bottom fields will be planted next year in 2017. This is a great landowner looking from some long-term guys, don't miss out on this one.
