This hunting lease is leased and not available. A great little lease like this is hard to find especially in southern Michigan near the Indiana border. There is a lot to offer on this long 25 acre lease close to Berrien Springs. There is a thick deep bedding area and crops with a wooded hillside right in between where you can catch the deer passing between food and cover. Along this hill I found numerous old rubs and some fresh runways. This would be a great spot to set up with a couple or someone trying to introduce a youngster to hunting. There is good spot to park by the road but it is walk in only from there due to the crops.

The owner is a great guy and he lives right in the area to keep an eye on the property. He previously hunted this property and says they always see deer crossing and looking out from the marsh area. A few nice bucks have been taken off the property.
