This hunting lease is leased and not available. At first glance, having a high fence on two sides of the property might make one ponder if that is a pro or a con for a hunting lease. On one hand, no one will be hunting next to you on two sides of the property and any deer entering this property have only two directions to exit or will be naturally funneled along the fenced sides. On the other hand, deer can only enter from the two open sides of the property. Upon walking the property and seeing plenty of deer sign along with the wide and winding road that runs through the center of it, I think it will be a pretty good hunting lease. The mix of various vegetation on the property should also create an array of beautiful fall colors that maybe worth the time sitting in your stand by itself. Just to clarify, the high fences on the northern and eastern sides are that of a large cranberry grower that borders this property there.

This is a deer and turkey hunting lease only. Food plots allowed with permission from landowner but should be no till in nature. Respectful use of ATV for hunting related activities when weather and ground condition permit but no driving on crops until after harvested. No camping allowed.
