This hunting lease is leased and not available. Iowa County has become one of the favorites for our Base Camp Members. Excellent deer numbers along with potential for mature bucks are the primary reasons why. Here is your chance to lease a property with a really nice mix of agricultural and timbered ground. I especially like the southwestern part of the property. This area of the farm has a feeling of seclusion from everything, thus should be a place deer gravitate towards when the hunting seasons begin.

There is a creek running along the eastern side of the property but this section is pastured during the summer months. Cattle are typically off by early October each year. Drivable access is through this section of the property but landowner said that once the crops are off, the hunters can utilize the fields as long as the ground conditions permit. Before you just totally ignore the pastured side of the property, landowner told me that people he has let hunt before during the gun season have always had really good luck hunting that portion of the land.

This is a deer and turkey hunting lease only. Respectful use of ATV for hunting related activities okay. Camping allowed with permission from landowner as to when and where. No food plots allowed. No mushroom or ginseng picking allowed. Landowner would like to be contacted prior to each visit and supplied with make and license plates of your vehicles.
