This hunting lease is leased and not available. A beautiful farm right in the middle of big deer country. I walked this farm in early March and jumped a good buck up that was bedded right behind the house. I walked the trail he was running out on and found a solid set of 150" sheds that have less than 2" of deductions and 26" main beams! I am not sure if they were his or another deer but either way there are some great bucks using this property.

This is a working cattle farm but that does not hurt it at all. Some of the best farms I have in this area have cattle on them and guys are killing great bucks year after year. The Southeast corner does not have cattle on about 60 acres of woods and good pasture mix. There are a lot of good fence rows and funnels that will help you with your setups and there is crop ground adjoining the West line. To the North is a 1000-acre continuous tract of ground that is owned by 1 landowner, and he only allows a few people to hunt. Landowner is going to be really good to work with and will help you out however he can.
