This hunting lease is leased and not available. Once again, this is a farm I would love to just keep for myself�

This is a really good north central Kansas farm.

The rolling terrain on this long quarter section will give you several different options. From the woods on the north end to the CRP on the south end, it all looked good. There is actually three patches of CRP. The 40a on the south side (with some good trees for stands on the north end), the 12a in the middle, and another 5a up in the NW corner.

It doesn't show up on the aerial picture, but there is a pond in the middle of the farm that had a couple acres of surface water the day of inspection. I also kicked up a good sized buck out of this pasture area in the middle of the farm. Cattle will be on the property part of the year.

The woods on the north side had some good rubs and trails present, and has a creek running through it.
