This hunting lease is leased and not available. While inspecting this Lincoln County property I found there to be a very good crop of acorns. Property consists of a hearty supply of hardwood and some cedar trees. Creek runs through middle of property making a good water supply for the wildlife. I noticed some very good rubs on this property and there are tracks everywhere. Also noticed some hogs tracks and turkey tracks down by the creek. There is very good cover and some mature trees to hunt out of. There are no cows on property and there are deer trails and signs running through all of this property. There are some good open areas for the gun hunter as well. This property is within driving distance to several towns and not far from Oklahoma City. Being this close to the city and the amount of wildlife that travel this property, it won't last long.

There are utilities available on the property, but you will need to work with landowner for access.

Landowner will be removing some cedar trees from the property and building a pond in the near future.

Landowner reserves the right to target practice with his 22 pistol from time to time.
