This hunting lease is leased and not available. Nice little hunting lease in an area that has a lot of deer. This would be a great place to take a kid for an almost guaranteed deer, or just an extra spot if you already have a lease close by. There were 3 deer out in the field when I arrived to inspect the farm, and some giant tracks out in the crop fields. Great access and parking area along the east side. This is a secluded part of the State and deer can come from anywhere. The west wood lot will be a great spot to catch a buck cruising during the rut. All woods are being managed for premium hardwoods, periodic timber stand improvement practices will occur on this property.
