Very happy to have this large working farm in this Top 5 county for deer as a BCL lease. Rotating row crops each year and planting a wildlife blend cover crop after the fall harvest. The woodlots throughout the lease all had good deer sign, including rubs, tracks, trails, and droppings. Lots of fresh sign was seen the day I inspected—a nice pond on the northern section. There is nothing here to keep this from being an outstanding Tennessee Big Buck Hunting Lease.
