This hunting lease is leased and not available. 50 acres in Cass County, TX for lease. What this place lacks in size makes up for it with cover, stand sites, and deer activity. It could hunt 3 hunters easy no problem. 4wheeler trails and open lanes just right for food plots. Power is on the property and the owner said that a meter could be placed, ATV use is to be used for hunting activity only. I bumped 3 does while walking around, saw 4 or 5 scrapes and some nice rubs. There is hog sign down on the creek and it looks like it keeps water year round. Elevation change on this lease is around 60ft so it has some drop offs. Great camping spot just as you enter the property off the road with plenty of cover to protect your campers. Property has not had any hunters on it in years and it does not look like there is much pressure around it. This is a Honey Hole for sure.
