This hunting lease is leased and not available. Nice farm with rolling terrain in west central Indiana. I was impressed with the amount of deer sign. This property has 37 acres of cover and a long brushy ditch that will provide more opportunities...it is hard to see on the aerial, but once you inspect it you will know what I mean.

The woods has several great locations to set stands. Gun hunters will especially like this farm. Strategic stand or blind placement will get you long range views for traveling deer.

A select cut timber harvest is being planned in the Spring of 2017.

There is a gravel path on the south side of the long silver shed. Park anywhere in the grassy area.

All the access will be from the west side of the farm.

Stay off the fields if wet or soft.

ATV use is only approved for hauling in equipment or getting your deer out.
