This hunting lease is leased and not available.
New pics up. I stopped in for a look around while in the area and I must say, this place is sweet. There are a lot of deer using the farm guys. Tracks and trails don't lie. I would do nothing but get a feeder going a you'll be hauling him out soon enough. Cedars, hardwoods, creek bottom, high ground, this place offers a nice variety of hunting scenarios. I walked the tract, no problem.
Prev agent: If you're not already on this lease, you're missing out! This river-front property is a step back in time. The only sound you hear is if a tractor goes by. This has what it needs to be great. Water, food, and seclusion. There is a great area for food plots around the barn on the hillside. There is plenty of clover in the bottom field for picking as well. That field will be a turkey killing zone for sure. It's a pretty easy call to make here. Four hunters at once is a lot. Maybe in bow season, it could happen, but realistically a slot or 2 would be for a kid or turkey hunter unless you have a couple of guys that gun and a couple that bow hunt. That would be ideal.
**Lots of campgrounds nearby, I would not suggest camping on the property as it could hurt the hunting IMO**
**No fishing allowed**
**ATV use OK, for hunting purposes only**
**Look for BCL signage along both sides**
