This hunting lease is leased and not available. Here is a nice 140 acre lease in York County South Carolina. This area has really good deer numbers, so this lease should be no different. Part of the property is fenced in around pasture areas. Most of the fence runs along the property line. There will be a few cows in fenced area at times. I only saw 2 cows during my inspection. There is a lot of mature hardwoods here and several places with good water. One being a nice pond and also the creeks running thru property. There is a gas line to the south of property that would make a great place for a stand. The sign was there showing they crossed it often, during my inspection. Also, it has good road beds to help get around on parts of the property. The entrance is a green locked gate and the landowner will give key to hunter that leases property.There is also another gate up near pasture that the farmer uses for his cows. Farmer lives close by and helps look after the place. This should make a nice lease with a great landowner to top it off.
