This hunting lease is leased and not available. Here is a nice little piece just outside of Topeka. The Kansas Turnpike borders this property on the north, and I drive this route quite often. I can honestly say that I see more deer and turkey in this area than I do anywhere else as I travel between Topeka and Wichita.

The super thick patch of woods up in the corner looks like an ideal spot for the deer to hide as it is virtually impenetrable by humans. A small creek bed runs through it and into the brushy waterway that cut diagonally across the property. This waterway will provide you with a good travel route to sneak into the property.

The remainder of the property is in crops.

The property to the east looks neglected, and might be in CRP. Either way, it looked like more great deer habitat, and they should come over to this farm to feed.
