The property has most of the timber in this farming area and the deer are calling this home base. Nice sections of timber, wide strips along the edges and patches in the middle give you so many stand possibilities it's insane. Plenty of water with streams in various locations and 2 ponds. Jumped deer all over the property during my walk through. Picked up an older shed with good mass.
