This hunting lease is leased and not available. This north central Kansas farm is already set up and ready to go for you. All you need to do is make sure your gun is sighted in. The elevated shooting house that comes with this property is plenty big for two people at a time and overlooks the pond on the north side of the woods. This blind appears to be in mint condition, but as always, use at your own risk.

The 25 acres of wasteland on the west side of this farm was the sight of the old homestead, and is the perfect spot for the deer to hang out. Tracks and rubs were very plentiful throughout. It is mostly open woods and brush with a great looking pond and creek running through it. The south and eastern part was in waist high CRP type grass. The remainder of the farm is in crops.

I kicked up a handful of deer and about a dozen ducks while visiting the farm.

The road on the west side is a dead end road.
