This hunting lease is leased and not available.
A very nice, all timber, secluded farm, being offered for lease in Richland County, Illinois. During my inspection, I found a tremendous amount of deer sign throughout. This farm is so secluded, there were deer tracks all along the road that borders the west side of the farm. Although there is no agricultural on the farm, there are row crops that border this farm on the west, south, and southwest. Plus, there are plenty of nut producing trees. As you can see from the harvest photo, this farm will produce 160 class bucks.
There's no doubt the deer are living and bedding here. You can also easily see where the deer are crossing back and forth from the row crops. The farm is made up of, timber, bedding ground, and water. Because this farm has the Little Wabash River on the south, it will more than likely be prone to flooding in the early spring. Because the farm is secluded, I placed Base Camp Leasing No Trespassing signs along the western border, so you can easily identify the boundary when entering the farm from the north. If you're looking for a farm that can payoff now, this is the one.
*Lease runs from 1 April through 15 March.
